Should I pull the red release cord?
If a spring or cable is broken, leave the door where it is. A heavy door can fall when released. Keep people clear, unplug the opener if you can safely reach it, and call a trained technician.
What does a broken spring cost?
A standard pair starts at $289 installed. Larger doors and special spring sizes cost more. We inspect the door and agree on the price before work starts.
Do you take away the old door?
Yes. Standard removal and haul-away are included in our residential door installation price.
