Before your plants leave the bench.
When do you ship?
We ship on Mondays during spring and fall planting windows. We hold plants if severe heat or freezing weather makes the trip unsafe. This preview does not accept orders.
How much is shipping?
Our sample shipping rate is $12 per order in the contiguous US, with free shipping over $100. Plants and seeds can share a box. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Can I pick up my plants?
Yes. Saturday pickup is 9 AM–1 PM by arrangement at our nursery outside Conway, Arkansas. Send a note before you visit; we’ll make sure your plants are ready.
What should I do when my box arrives?
Open it right away, lift the pots by their containers, and check the soil. Water if dry. Give plants a day in bright shade before planting, then water them at the roots.
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the plant and its packaging within 48 hours, and contact us. In a live shop we would arrange a replacement or refund for shipping damage; no return trip for stressed plants.
Will my plant arrive in bloom?
Usually not. We ship rooted young plants, sometimes cut back for travel. The photos show mature blooms. Expect plants to spend their first season building roots; flowering depends on species and conditions.
