Can I drop off before you open?
Yes. Call first so Kayla can explain the key drop and confirm your appointment.
Will you call before doing repairs?
Always. We explain the cause and give you an estimate. Additional work needs your approval too.
Does the diagnostic fee count toward the repair?
The $95 fee covers testing and is separate from the repair. We show both on your estimate.
What does the warranty cover?
Most repairs are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Wear items and customer-supplied parts are excluded. Ask for the written terms.
Can you work on my diesel?
We service light-duty diesel pickups. Tell us the year, make and concern when you call. We’ll say if the job belongs with a specialist.
Do you offer a loaner or a ride?
We don’t have loaner cars. If you need a ride within Walnut Ridge, mention it when booking and we’ll see what we can arrange.
