Your house. Our people.
A designer and a contractor, married to each other and committed to a clear plan. Meet the small crew behind Second Story.
The place where your room starts, in Rogers, Arkansas.
We started with a wall in our own house.
In 2013, Jenna and Luis bought a solid 1978 ranch in Rogers. They liked the trees, the neighbors and the school down the street. They didn’t like cooking behind a wall. Opening that kitchen became the beginning of Second Story.
Today, Jenna handles the design and Luis leads the construction. Mara keeps the calendar straight, and Ben makes the final details fit. We work on one clear plan, with the same people from the first measure to the last walk-through.
