Should I climb up to check the damage?
Please stay on the ground. Tell us what you noticed inside or in the yard; we’ll inspect the roof safely.
Can you promise my insurer will approve the claim?
No. Your insurer decides coverage under your policy. We supply roof findings and meet the adjuster with your permission.
Do I need a full replacement?
Not always. We explain repairs and replacement separately so you can weigh the options.
How long will my yard be a work site?
Most shingle replacements take one or two working days. Weather, roof size and decking repairs can change that.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Our demo 10-year workmanship warranty covers installation defects under the written terms. Manufacturer material warranties are separate.
Do I need to be home?
We need access and a way to reach you, but you usually don’t have to stay home all day. We arrange the final walk together.
