On the White River, off Arkansas Highway 33, just outside Augusta. Exact directions are shared when a tour is confirmed.

Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM. Saturday is reserved for weddings. Closed Sunday and Monday.

What happens if it rains?
The barn becomes your ceremony space. We can seat up to 250 inside, then reset for dinner. Your venue host confirms the weather plan with you before guests arrive.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, for venue-only rentals. Your caterer needs insurance and must coordinate kitchen access with us. The gathered day includes our agreed catering partner.
How many guests can we invite?
The barn seats up to 250. The grove holds a ceremony for 250 and the lawn works best for cocktail hours of 150. The gathered day starts at 100 and can grow to 200.
Is the property accessible?
The barn and restrooms are step-free. The grove route is level grass rather than paving. Contact us about wheelchairs and mobility needs so we can walk through your options.
Can we serve alcohol?
A licensed and insured bartender can serve alcohol under your agreement. Alcohol and bar service are separate from all packages. Guests may not bring their own coolers.
How do we reserve a date?
A signed agreement and $1,000 deposit hold it. The deposit is applied to your package total; the balance is due 30 days before your wedding. We give you cancellation terms before you sign.
