From Jasper, take Highway 74 west. Your confirmation includes the turn onto our ridge road. The last mile is gravel; take your time and enjoy the trees.

Coffee, cookware, dishes, salt, pepper and a little oil are in the kitchen. Bring groceries and your favorite snacks.
Stay a little slower
Fresh linens, porch chairs and stove firewood are ready. Check-out is 11 AM CT.
A few things before you pack.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights year-round, with a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. Rates are per cabin, per night.
What is included in the price?
Linens, towels, coffee, a stocked kitchen and firewood for the cabin stove. Add a $65 cleaning fee per stay and applicable tax; Fern adds $40 if you bring a dog.
When can we arrive?
Check-in is at 4 PM CT and check-out is at 11 AM CT. We text your door code and written directions the day before arrival.
Can we bring our dog?
Fern welcomes one well-behaved dog. Keep your dog on a leash outdoors and off the beds. The other cabins are pet-free.
How is the road?
The last mile is gravel with a gentle climb. Ordinary cars manage it in fair weather. We will contact you if winter weather affects access.
What if our plans change?
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a refund less a $25 processing fee. Within 14 days, we refund nights we are able to rebook.
