A few good questions.
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship on Thursdays. Allow 3–7 business days after shipping. US shipping is $7, or free on orders over $75.
Can I pick up at the shop?
Yes. Leave a note with your order and collect during our Thursday–Sunday counter hours.
What if my candle arrives broken?
Keep the packaging and send us a photo within seven days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return a scent?
Unlit candles can be returned within 30 days. You cover return postage. Used candles cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
What do you mean by a clean candle?
Our coconut-soy blend has no dye or glitter and uses phthalate-free fragrance oils. Every flame needs ventilation and sensible care; no candle is emission-free.
How do I care for the wood wick?
Trim it cold to ⅛ inch, clear loose pieces, and let the first burn reach the jar edges. Never burn more than four hours. Keep flames away from curtains and anything that can catch fire.
