A few questions,
answered plainly.

Do I need to have everything organized?

No. Bring the records you have, and tell us what is missing. We will agree on the next steps before starting.

Can we meet before tax season?

Yes. Fall is a good time to talk through equipment purchases, farm income, payroll changes, and next year’s plans.

What does the starting fee cover?

The service descriptions explain what is included. We review complexity and missing records with you, then agree on the fee before work begins.

Can I send tax documents by email?

Please do not email Social Security numbers, returns, or bank records. In a real engagement we would invite you to a separate secure portal. This demonstration has no upload connection.

What if I received an IRS letter?

Keep the envelope and every page of the letter. Call before its response date. We will review the letter and explain the scope and cost of any help.

Does an extension give me more time to pay?

An extension generally gives more time to file, not to pay. Your own circumstances and any IRS relief matter. Confirm your dates with your tax professional.
