When do you ship?
Monday through Wednesday only. Orders by Sunday at 11:59 PM Central join the Monday batch, with estimated Tuesday delivery for nearby addresses and Wednesday for most destinations. Orders after cutoff join the following batch.
How long do the pies keep?
Refrigerate on arrival and enjoy within five days. Let a pie come to room temperature or warm it in the oven before eating.
Can I freeze them?
Yes. Wrap each pie, place in a freezer bag, and freeze for up to three months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then warm at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
Can I send a gift note?
Absolutely. Add up to 240 characters in the box builder or product page. We tuck it on top and leave prices out of the box.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. Food cannot be returned, but we will help arrange a replacement or refund for a damaged delivery.
Can I pick up at the stand?
