A few useful things.
When do orders ship?
We pack on Mondays and Thursdays. Standard US shipping is $6, or free when your merchandise subtotal reaches $60.
Can I pick up at the farm?
Pickup is by appointment on Saturdays, 9 AM–noon CT. Contact us before visiting; the milk stand keeps its own schedule.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within seven days and keep the packaging. We’ll help arrange a replacement. Opened skincare cannot be returned; contact us about unused items within 14 days.
How should I store my soap?
Use a draining dish and let the bar dry between washes. Store spare bars in a cool, dry place.
Is goat milk soap a treatment for sensitive skin?
No. It is soap for cleansing. Start with unscented, patch test, and stop use if irritation occurs.
Are all the products made with milk?
Our soap bars contain goat milk. Lip balm, lotion bars, and body butter do not. Every product has its own full ingredient list.
