When will my order ship?
We pack and ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Allow 3 to 7 business days in transit within the contiguous US. Shipping is $8, or free on orders of $75 or more.
Can I pick up at the farm?
Yes, by arrangement on Saturdays from 9 AM to noon CT. Ask before coming so we can have your jars ready. We are near Bee Branch, Arkansas; we send directions after arranging pickup.
What if a jar arrives broken?
Keep the packaging and send us a photo within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Do not eat honey from a broken jar.
Can I return food?
Unopened non-food goods may be returned within 30 days. Food cannot be returned, but tell us if something is wrong and we will help.
How should I store honey?
Keep the lid closed in a cool, dry cupboard. Crystallization is normal. Warm the closed jar gently in warm water if you prefer it liquid.
Who should avoid honey?
Never give honey to children under one year old. If you have bee-product allergies, ask a qualified clinician before trying honey or pollen.
