Dad started Brightwater with a borrowed desk and a simple idea: insurance ought to come with someone you can talk to. Families came in about their homes. Farmers came in about their equipment. Before long, they came in just to catch up.
I joined the office after college, learned the work beside him and took over the day-to-day in 2015. Don still drops in three mornings a week. Elena keeps the details straight and makes sure nobody’s question gets lost. We’re still independent, still local and still happy to pull up another chair.
