Choose “Repair my piece” and describe the seam. Please wait for mailing instructions before sending it. Most restitching takes 7–10 working days.
Before you ask.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces leave in 3–5 business days, Tuesday through Friday. Initials add two working days. We ship within the US for $7, free on orders over $150.
Can I return it?
Unstamped pieces can come back unused within 30 days. Contact us first. You cover return postage. Personalized pieces are final sale unless we made a mistake.
How do I choose a belt size?
Measure from the buckle fold to the hole you use on a belt that fits. Send us that measurement in inches. Do not use your trouser size.
Is every mark the same?
No. Grain, scars and small color variations are part of a full hide. We keep sound natural marks and avoid weak areas.
What do lifetime repairs cover?
Our stitching, for as long as you use the piece. You pay shipping to us; the work and return shipping are ours. Cuts, lost hardware and accidental damage are quoted separately.
Can you make groomsmen gifts?
Yes. Contact us with the date, quantity, color and initials at least four weeks ahead. We will confirm a timeline before you order.
