How does shipping work?
US shipping is $6, or free on orders over $150. Ready pieces leave the studio on Tuesdays and Fridays, within 3 business days.
When will a made-to-order ring be ready?
Allow 2–3 weeks at the bench, plus shipping time. Custom engagement settings are discussed individually before an order is placed.
Can I return a piece?
Contact the studio within 14 days of delivery for unworn ready-to-ship pieces. Custom settings and made-to-size rings are final sale; tell me if the fit needs attention.
How do I care for quartz and silver?
Use warm water and a soft cloth. Keep the ring out of pools and harsh cleaners. Store it dry and separately to protect the natural point.
Can I visit the studio?
The Mount Ida bench is a working studio without a walk-in counter. Appointments are available Thursday and Friday afternoons. Please write first.
Is the quartz from Arkansas?
Yes. The imagined collection uses natural quartz from the Ouachita region around Mount Ida, with its natural facets and inclusions retained.
