Print at 100% or actual size, without “fit to page”. Check the line below with a ruler: it must measure exactly 50 mm. If it does not, adjust your print settings.

Measure a ring you own.
Use a ring that fits the same finger. Match its inside edge to a circle below. When between sizes, choose the larger size. Fingers change with temperature; measure at the end of a normal day.
