A few things you might be wondering.
Am I too stiff for yoga?
No. You do not need to reach your toes or know the poses. Gentle Yoga and the Beginners’ Series give you time to learn.

What if I have an injury?
Tell your teacher privately before class. We can discuss modifications, but a class is not rehabilitation or medical care. Ask your clinician what movement is appropriate for you.
Do I need my own mat?
No. We have mats, cork blocks, linen bolsters and blankets. Bring your own if you prefer.
What do I wear for Pilates?
Comfortable clothes that let you move, with grip socks for the reformer. Avoid loose jewelry and zips that can catch on upholstery.
Can I join while pregnant?
Our prenatal class is designed for pregnancy, with options for different stages. Please discuss attendance with your pregnancy care provider first.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel a group class at least twelve hours before it begins and your credit returns to your pack. Please give twenty-four hours for a private session.
