Your website, hosted by someone who answers.

Website Hosting & Care is managed hosting for the site you already have. I move it to AWS infrastructure I run myself, put it behind SSL, back it up off-site every night, and watch it around the clock. When something's wrong, you reach me — the person with root — not a ticket queue. From $49/month, month-to-month, and I do the moving.

> How the move works

01

I look before we leap

Where the site lives now, where your email lives (they're often tangled together, and mail must never break), and what's under the hood. You get a straight answer on what the move involves before anything is touched.

02

Staged and tested

I copy your site onto my infrastructure and test the copy against a preview address while your live site keeps running. Nothing public changes until the copy is proven working.

03

The cutover

Your domain moves during a quiet window, with DNS timers lowered ahead of time so propagation takes minutes, not days. Your old hosting stays paid through its billing period as a rollback — a safety net we shouldn't need, but have.

04

Then it's my problem

SSL renewals, nightly off-site backups, software updates, and uptime monitoring that alerts me when something's off — usually before you'd have noticed. You go back to running your business.

Basic

$49/mo

Solid hosting for a site that doesn't change much

  • Managed AWS hosting · SSL certificate handled and auto-renewed
  • Nightly off-site backups with real restore points
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring — alerts come to me, not you
  • Your site isolated on its own account — a neighbor's hacked plugin can't touch yours
  • Migration included, staged and tested before your domain moves

Business

$199/mo

For sites that take money or bookings

  • Everything in Standard
  • E-commerce looked after: catalog, checkout, and order flow — Square wired in where it fits
  • Priority response — a store being down is an emergency, and it's treated like one
  • Bigger changes tested on a staging copy first, so experiments never touch the live store

> Why not the big hosts?

The $5-a-month crowd

  • Hundreds of strangers' sites on the same account boundary — one hacked plugin over there becomes your problem
  • "Backups" you discover are broken the day you need one
  • Renewal prices that triple after year one, upsells on every screen
  • Support that reads a script and closes the ticket

RedCyfer hosting

  • Every site on its own isolated account with its own database — by design, not as an upsell
  • Nightly backups shipped off-site, with versioned restore points I actually test
  • The price on this page is the price — month-to-month, no contract
  • Support is me. I have root, I know your site, and I answer

You're not buying from a faceless host. I'm Chris Woodall — 25+ years running Linux systems, carrier networks, and cloud infrastructure, based in Jonesboro. Your site runs on the same AWS foundation as the production systems in my case studies, and this very website.

> Honest fine print

Email doesn't live on web servers. Mixing mailboxes with websites is how small businesses lose mail, so I don't do it. Your email stays where it is — and we map that out before your domain moves, so it never skips a beat. Need proper business email? That's a one-time setup, done right with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Neglected sites get a quote first. If your site arrives with years of plugin buildup, an abandoned theme, or an active hack, the cleanup is scoped and quoted as one-time work before we start — the monthly price never quietly absorbs a rebuild.

Leaving is easy. Your domain and your content are yours. Cancel anytime and I'll hand you a complete copy of your site and database — no hostage negotiations.

Prices are per site, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Billing starts at signup; I'll reach out to schedule your migration right after. Domain registration and any paid third-party plugin licenses stay in your name and are billed by their vendors.
