Your own network engineer. $24.95 a month.

Your WiFi drops at the worst possible moment. Your kids find their way onto sites they shouldn't. And when you call the internet company, you get 45 minutes of hold music and a stranger reading a script. I end all of that. I ship you a business-grade router I've already set up, it blocks ads and malware for every device in the house, and I watch it around the clock from my own NOC. When something breaks, you text me — a local engineer — not a call center. For less than most people pay for streaming.

This isn't a stock photo — it's the actual monitor I watch your connection from. I know it's down before you do, and most of the time it's fixed before you'd have noticed.

> How it works

01

I configure it

Every router ships from my golden config — security hardened, filtered DNS on, monitoring built in. Nothing for you to set up, no app to learn.

02

You plug it in

Unplug the old router, plug mine in — two cables, about five minutes. If you can plug in a lamp, you can do this. No site visit, no appointment window.

03

It phones home

The moment it powers on it checks in with my NOC over an encrypted tunnel. I confirm everything's healthy and you're live.

04

I keep it running

From then on I handle updates, security, and fixes remotely — usually before you'd ever notice. When you do need me, you text a person, not a queue.

Prefer to prepay? Annual plans get two months free (Home: $249/yr). And your first 30 days are always free — don't like it, ship the box back, owe nothing.

> Nobody else sells this

It's not that the alternatives are bad. It's that not one of them puts a named engineer, managed hardware, and a real NOC in front of you at this price:

Run a business? I'll tell you what's wrong with your network — free.

A free 20-minute checkup: what's working, what's exposed (is your card reader on the same WiFi as your guests?), and whether you're getting what you pay your internet company for. No strings — worst case, you get a straight second opinion from a 20-year engineer.

You're not buying from a faceless SaaS. I'm Chris Woodall — 25+ years running Linux systems, carrier networks, and cloud infrastructure, based in Jonesboro. The NOC that watches your router is the same one running the real systems in my case studies. When you text for help, you get me.

> Straight answers

What's the router?

A MikroTik — business/carrier-grade gear, the same brand that runs internet providers and data centers, not the plastic box your ISP hands out. Home plans use an hAP ax2 class device; business sites get an RB5009 class. You never touch its settings; that's my job.

Do I own it, or rent it?

You subscribe to it — same model as your ISP's modem rental, which is why it's familiar. It stays on my firmware and my monitoring so I can actually keep it healthy. If it ever dies, I ship you a new one free.

What if I cancel?

After the first 12 months it's month-to-month. If you cancel, you either ship the device back or keep it for a one-time equipment fee ($99 Home / $199 Business). The first 30 days are free — if it's not for you, send the box back and owe nothing.

Will it slow my internet down?

No — the opposite. Business-grade hardware handles your connection better than a rented ISP box, and blocking ads/trackers at the router usually makes browsing feel faster. You keep your same internet provider and plan; I just replace the router in front of it.

How does the family filtering work?

Filtering happens at the router, so every device in the house follows the rules automatically — including the ones the kids haven't unboxed yet. No app to install on each phone, nothing for them to uninstall. You tell me the house rules; I set them.

Is my traffic private?

Yes. I monitor the router's health — is it up, how's the connection, is it secure — not your browsing. The filtered DNS blocks known-bad domains; it isn't a log of where you go.

> Get set up

Tell me a little about your setup and I'll get back to you personally — usually within a business day. Home or business, founding pricing while the first 10 spots last.

Hardware is RedCyfer fleet equipment on your subscription (like an ISP modem): failure replacement is free, early cancellation is a device return or a one-time equipment fee, and it stays on RedCyfer firmware and monitoring. NetCare is a network service — you keep your own internet provider. Founding pricing ($19.95/mo Home) is limited to the first 10 signups and locks for the life of the plan. Business Plus is quoted per engagement. Jonesboro-based; serving Northeast Arkansas and the surrounding region.
