1 · Tell me what's wrong

A sentence or two is plenty. When you hit start, I get paged immediately.

2 · Wait in your private room

You land in a single-use video room. I join from my end — usually within a few minutes during business hours (9–5 Central, Mon–Fri).

3 · Share your screen when you're ready

You choose if and when to share, and exactly which window. I can see — I can never click, type, or control anything. Stop sharing or leave whenever you like.

Need me to drive? — hands-on remote control

Sometimes it's faster if I fix it directly. For that we use RustDesk — an open-source remote-control tool that connects through RedCyfer's own private server, never a third-party cloud. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted, you watch everything I do, and closing the app ends my access instantly. Only ever used live, with you on the call.

1 · Download RustDesk and open it.
2 · Settings → Network → unlock, then enter:
   ID server: support.redcyfer.com

3 · Read me the ID and one-time password it shows. That's it.
