Websites

Billed monthly per site, with no term unless you choose a 24-month plan. Ready-made designs are $0 up front on a 24-month Care or Commerce plan. Custom builds are $500 one-time, Commerce only. Moving an existing site is included. If you leave a 24-month plan early, you pay the remaining $500 build value, prorated over 24 months. Leave after 12 months and you pay $250. If you leave, you get a full copy of your site.
Managed network

The first 30 days are free. The term is 12 months, then month to month. There is a $399 equipment fee only if you cancel inside the term and keep the hardware.
Phone answering

Support hours are 9 to 5 Central, Monday to Friday. There is no term on any of this: you pay for the work done. Work is quoted before it starts.
Business backup is $30 a month for up to 1 TB: off-site copies of your business files. Extra space is $10 a month for each extra 250 GB. What it covers.
