What this site collects, and what happens to it.

RedCyfer is a sole operator in Jonesboro, Arkansas. There is no marketing department, no data broker and no list for sale. This page says exactly what the site does with what you give it.

> When you fill in a form

The site has five forms, and each one posts to a small service we run on the same AWS infrastructure as the site itself:

What you type (your name, email, phone if you gave one, the message or booking details) is emailed to us through Amazon SES and written to a lead file on our server, together with the IP address the request came from and the attribution record described below. A copy of the lead is also posted to our own CRM, which runs on the same server and is used only by us. Nothing is sent to any third-party marketing, advertising or analytics service.

> Attribution

A small first-party script on every page keeps a note in your browser's localStorage of how you first arrived (search, a referring site, a campaign link) and how you arrived most recently. It sets no cookies, makes no network calls of its own and sends nothing anywhere on its own. The note is attached to a form only when you submit one, so we can tell which channel actually brings enquiries. Clear your browser storage and it is gone.

> The free email check

When you check a domain, the server looks up that domain's public DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) and reports what it finds. It queries public DNS only; it does not read, send or touch any mail. The domain you checked, the verdict, the requesting IP address and the attribution note are kept in a log capped at the most recent five thousand checks.

> Video calls and live support

Booked calls and live support sessions use a browser video room on /meet/. Audio and video go directly between the browsers (WebRTC), relayed through our own TURN server only when a direct connection is impossible. Sessions are not recorded. Screen sharing is view-only and you choose if and when to share.

> Server logs, analytics, cookies

The web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, page requested, browser string, time), which we use for traffic figures and to spot abuse. There is no third-party analytics script on the site and no advertising pixel. The site sets no cookies of its own; the customer portal at my.redcyfer.com uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and only there.

> Retention

Lead files, bookings and the email-check log are kept on our server until we delete them by hand; there is no automatic expiry. Access logs rotate on the server's normal schedule. Email sent to us stays in our mailbox like any other correspondence. If you want what you sent us removed, email chris@redcyfer.com and it will be.

> Where it lives

Everything above runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, on infrastructure we build and operate ourselves. We do not sell, rent or share what you give us with anyone, and there are no affiliates or partners to share it with.
